IIM Udaipur completes placement. Encourage Entrepreneurship ventures of students.
Indian Institute of Management Udaipur
has completed final placements for its PGP batch of 2014-16 with an average CTC of INR 12.91 lacs per annum. The highest domestic CTC offered is INR 21.5
lacs per annum and the highest international CTC offered is INR 25 lacs per annum. Excluding international placements, the average package is INR 12.12

The PGP 2014-16 batch had 84% students with prior work experience with an average work experience of 24 months. The placement process saw involvement of
113 students with 5 students opting out of the process. Out of them one will pursue his entrepreneurial ambition and another will pursue further studies.
One student opted out to join his well-established family venture. The aspiring entrepreneur will receive a monthly allowance of INR 20,000 for 2 years
from the institute and will also be eligible to sit for placements in the next 2 years. Two students sought placement outside the campus placement process.

About 15% of the students bagged either a Pre-Placement Offer or Interview. Companies like General Electric, Titan and Cummins were amongst the few who
recruited through this route. GE offered leadership roles to the students.
Kudos to IIM Udaipur for supporting students who opted for entrepreneurial venture and also keeping his options open for 2 years to come back for
campus placement in case he choose to.
