XAT-Xavier Aptitude Test 2017
XAT 2017 is proposed to be conducted in paper pen mode on Sunday, January 8, 2017 in a single session.
This exam is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on the behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes for PGDM program in XLRI, XIMB, XIME, FORE School New Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, LIBA Chennai, Great Lakes and many more B-Schools in India.
The XAT exam is divided into two parts. Part 1 is of 140 minute includes Quantitative Ability, English Language Ability & Logical Reasoning and Decision Making and part 2 is of 40 minute includes GK and Essay writing.
Total 180 minute of exam duration.
In XAT exams, unlike other Management tests, candidates need to be more attentive in selecting which question to solve and what to drop without wasting much time. This is an important aspect of XAT examination as it throws more number of questions to be solved in less time. In such a pressure building scenario, students need not lose their nerve and solve easier looking questions before attempting tough or complicated questions.
Candidates must have a bachelor degree under the 10+2+3 system from a recognized university or a deemed university. Candidates completing final year examination are also eligible to apply.
